Delight in the joy of living.

Revel in the beauty and wonder that surround you.

Laugh wholeheartedly each day.

Focus on play.

Make fun your priority.

The natural state of our human experience is joy and ease.

We are made to feel good.

Just look at a child playing, or laughing, or singing, or doing anything…

Children radiate a lightness, a playful attitude, and a focus on the good.

For toddlers, it is easy to have fun. The world is overflowing in wonder and possibility. Laughing is normal. Enthusiasm is like air to a three year old. Joy springs from BEing alive.

So, when we want to feel good, all we have to do is act like children…

Who made the rules that fun is only for kids? That being serious is appropriate behavior? That work is more important than play?

Is it possible for us to re-vision our experience?

Can we shed the constrictive layers of “adulthood” and feel the freedom of being playful?

Yes.

Yes we can.

We can choose any moment to begin again…to embrace the wonder and clarity of our child within…

Let your LIGHT shine…release the heaviness of stress and worry, trust in the knowing that everything’s gonna be alright…everything already IS alright.

Fill your life with PLAY…embrace an attitude of playfulness and joy and watch your work, your life, your relationships transform.

Focus on the GOOD…choose your thoughts and practice attending to what matters most.

LIfe is made to be fun…enJOY it! 🙂

yes. when I’m doing the dishes I remember that at preschool it’s called “water play.”

      I love this, Kristin!

You’re totally right…my baby girl {who’s 3 already!} will spend hours playing with water, just movin’ it from one container to another, her smile radiant with delight.

We can definitely choose to make anything fun…it’s all in the perspective, right? 🙂
