Decide to bring your yoga home.

Take small steps to begin integrating yoga into your life every day.

Set a goal for yourself: every day for 15 minutes, twice a week for an hour…you decide.

Consciously choose to take your time, create sacred space, and return to your practice.

Allow your breath to guide you wherever your body, mind and spirit need to be.

Nurture yourself by giving complete attention to your practice, to you.

Cultivate harmony within so that you may shine your light of love and peace…be perfectly YOU.
