Hello My Daring Dreamers,
Today’s post is inspired by my current reality…facing challenges, transforming my life {with as much grace & ease as possible!}, embracing all that is.
I wrote these words in my journal this weekend and hope they will resonate with you…inspire you to practice loving all of you…the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Here’s to expanding into possibility!

Now on to the inspiration:
Let yourself be human.
And be happy.
Let the fuck ups and mistakes propel your growth.
Let appreciation infuse your regrets with love and light.
Look back with fondness for
the oh shit moments
the why the hell did I do that,
how could I be so cruel,
stupid, uncaring, mean,
desperate, humiliated?
Find the good in the lowest points.
Remember the only way to defeat the darkness is to illuminate your light.
Use your angst and frustration and desperation for something better…
as the fuel that lets you shine ever brighter.
Embrace those dark moments…
the ones you’d rather forget,
pretend didn’t happen,
erase from the past.
Remind yourself that these challenges make you human…
create you as you learn and grow and expand…
not in spite of, but BECAUSE of them.
Let these weaknesses be your strength…
let them be the catalyst that transforms you from the inside out.
Let these challenges remind you that you are no better
and no worse than any other human on this great Earth.
Let yourself remember your humanity,
your vulnerability,
your strength,
your potential,
your power.
Remember to be human.
Remember to be YOU.
Remember we are one…
we are united…
we are forever part of this sacred tapestry of LIFE.
Love everything you were,
everything you are,
everything you’ll be.
Love you…so you can love true.
Fall into love with all of you…
You deserve the unconditional forever love glowing brightly within you…
Allow yourself to SHINE.
