Believe nothing, no matter where you read it or who has said it, not even if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense.”

~Buddha

Back in the day when I was a high school English teacher, I would constantly remind my students to:

QUESTION EVERYTHING.

What you hear.

What you see.

What you feel.

What you read.

What you think.

What you believe.

Even {and especially!} to question what I shared with them…

Because, in the questioning, we learn to know our own truths.

When we question, we begin to understand what is real and true and meaningful for us.

There are infinite ways to live and to be and to know this world.

Here’s to you discovering yours.

Ask Yourself:

What if I truly loved me just as I am?

What if everyone thinks I’m beautiful just as I am?

What if I could look in the mirror with loving thoughts?

What if I could treat myself tenderly?

What are my gifts?

How can I be of service?

How can I give love?

Who can I help today?

How can I BE the change I wish to see in the world?

If you’re into thinking philosophically, pondering your existence, and musing potential possibilities, then open your heart to questions…be ready to exist peacefully and joy~fully in the uncertainty, in the not knowing.

And, if you want more, then follow me on Twitter and take a look at #AskYourself for daily questions to inspire your vision of what could be.

As always, wishing you Love, Light, and Infinite Possibilities,

Denise
