“Whoever is happy will make others happy too.”

~Anne Frank

A huge part of my happiness journey involves staying connected to words + people + music + anything that fuels me with inspiration.

I want to dive in to the energy that creates worlds.

To align with the blissful infinity where anything + everything is possible.

To be moved with the truth of what it is to be human.

To know love and challenge and trust and pain and grace and ease and hope.

I want to share with you a few things that have been really inspiring to me lately…things that make me happy right now.

Take what resonates with you + forget about the rest.

Here goes:

1. This article was shared by a brilliant branding coach, Helene Scott + I was transfixed by the words + wisdom…about life + meaning + purpose + living for now + thriving in your passion {and saying fuck it to retirement}.

2.  This book is one I’ve loved for ages. It helped me explain death + life + loss + letting go + choosing hope to my first daughter five years ago when a dear friend died. These days I’ve been reading it with my second daughter {now four years old} and my tears continue to fall each time my lips speak the beautiful + oh so inspiring words in this life changing story.

3. This song is just so heart~full beauty~full love~full. My fave line: “Everything’s already alright, always alright, always alright.” Though there are countless more that just make me stop, take notice, and breathe into the fullness of who I am and who I’m becomin’…

4. This webinar series about how to be your own best healer is absolutely transformative. Taught by a dear friend + client of mine, these teachings inspire me to stay true to my own knowing + self care + feel empowered to care for my own wellbeing.

5. This poet is reminding me to remember the power of words. Short. Sweet. Moving. Heart aching. True. Wise. Brilliant. Totally inspiring.

Leave a note in the comments + let me know what’s inspiring YOU these days!

Thank you, as always, for being here. And for being you.

Happy Things
