“Understanding the difference between healthy striving and perfectionism is critical to laying down the shelf and picking up your life. Research shows that perfectionism hampers success. In fact, it’s often the path to depression, anxiety, addiction, and life paralysis.”

~Brene Brown

Perfectionism has stopped me too many times from being who I wanted to be, from doing what I wanted to do, from feeling free to even try something new.

It’s bullshit that I let myself edit my dreams + limit my possibilities because I listened to that nagging voice “You’re not good enough.”

Tragic really that any of us get caught up in that ridiculous perfectionist mindset. It feels so incredibly limiting.

I want to feel free + expansive + full of possibility + aligned with creating the life I’m dreaming of…

You?

Have you ever felt that limiting fear of not being good enough, of thinking you’ve gotta be a pro the first time you try something? Let yourself get stuck in not doing because you were afraid of failing?

Today I invite you to say enough is enough.

Forget perfection.

Embrace all of you.

Love all of you.

Right here, right now, right where you are.

Because we are all perfecting…we are all perfectly imperfect.

And we are enough.

If you want a little more lovin’ encouragement to feel your enoughness + embrace your beautiful + perfect imperfection, check these out:
