Wake up happy.
Allow time for appreciation.
One hand on your heart, the other on your belly.
Breathe in the richness of LIFE.
Give thanks for all that is and all that is becoming.
Focus on the GOOD.
Take your time with the transitions.
Move with EASE from the coziness of sleep to the busy-ness of day.
Open your arms out wide and pull in JOY as you bring your hands to your heart.
Meditate in gratitude for another BEAUTIFUL DAY to be ALIVE.
Let go of fear or worry or sadness or anger in this moment.
Remember, “I AM ALIVE and ALL IS WELL.”
Become the observer of your thoughts.
Become the one who speaks KINDNESS.
Become the one who acts COMPASSION.
Be the one who LOVES YOU THE MOST.
One breath at a time.
Smiling all the while.
